At the first level: two bedrooms of about 25 m2 with their bathroom and toilet, equipped with two beds in 190/90 for one and a bed in 160/200 for the other. Is also on the same level, a room of about 35m2 with its toilet and private bathroom, equipped with a bed 160/200 and a cot.
On the ground floor: a living room kitchen area of about 60 m2, equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker.
A laundry room with toilet and washing machine, central steam, vacuum cleaner, high chair.
There is also a TV home theater lounge, video game.
A privative terrace of approximately 150 m2 with living room of garden, transate, and barbecue.
