Perfect for a weekend or longer with family, friends, or colleagues, enjoy great times together: explore the forest with its hiking trails and relax in the spa (35°C) and games area, available year-round—even in winter!



Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a 35 m² dining area and a 34 m² living room with a pool table. A 40 m² natural stone room is set up for entertainment with a spa (for 6), foosball, darts, ping-pong table, and many games.



Ground floor:

- 14 m² bedroom with double bed and direct accessible bathroom

- 9 m² bedroom with two single beds (or one double)

- Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and separate toilet



Upstairs:

- Three bedrooms, each can have a double bed: one 19 m² room with four singles; two 16 m² rooms, one with two singles, the other with two singles and a trundle bed (two singles)

- 9 m² landing with a 120 cm sofa bed

- 17 m² mezzanine overlooking the living room, set up as a play area for children. Age-appropriate games available on request when booking.

Outside, a 70 m² south-facing terrace overlooks a tree-filled garden. The property is secure for your comfort.
