"We paid a budget price so were not expecting luxury, however there were lots of very basic issues with the house. The place was very musty on arrival and it seemed as if it hadn’t been opened up for a long time. The smell also pervaded the kitchen cupboards so I had to wash every item of crockery and cutlery before we could use it. Not that there was a lot of crockery - only side plates and tapas dishes. "The STAFF( Guillerme and housekeeping) was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we had an exhaust/ smoke odor in the room, they changed our room, sent a very kind note with a fruit basket and called back to check on us- Great communication, but the odor still persisted during our 4 days stay. There is construction close by and could hear banging etc early am. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff there was great! Great location could walk or get to public transportation within a few min. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING-"
