Holiday Home La Mailleraie - L'étang with Shared Pool, Private Terrace & Wi-Fi

Located in Valojoulx, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, the 70 m² "L'ETANG" cottage at Moulin de la Mailleraie welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with single beds. Enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and dishwasher, plus a cozy living room with TV and sofa bed.



The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, fan, video-on-demand, shared washing machine, high chair, and baby cot.



Relax in your private fenced garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. You have access to a heated outdoor saltwater pool (shared, open April–October) and a jacuzzi. An outdoor shower and communal green spaces on the 10,000 m² estate complete the setting.



The estate provides ample parking and welcomes up to 2 pets (on a leash throughout the grounds). Family events are allowed with respect for neighbors; outside guests are not permitted. You can request 3 e-bikes, fresh eggs, and a coffee maker with filters.



Shared facilities include a playground with trampoline, football goals, sandbox, fitness equipment, table tennis, toys and books for children, and several relaxation areas. Extra activities like campfire evenings and board games are also offered.



Just 5 minutes from the famous Lascaux caves, you'll stay in the heart of Périgord Noir and its capital, Sarlat.
