Ground floor of a sea front villa with a blooming terrace, garden furniture, a beach access by a small gate, outdoors barbecue, all comfort, 2 fridges, washing machine, dishwasher, carefully decorated. In a quiet district with private access to the villa and the parking with code and remote control. There is no road between the villa and the beach, so no cars. Parasol, 2 bikes, 1 sea canoe, a large LED TV screen with Internet connection and DVD player.

Traumhaft am Strand gelegen und auch die Ortsmitte ist fussläufig erreichbar. Unmittelbar vor der Wohnung finden sich Bäcker, Traiteur und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Herzlicher Gastgeber leichte Kommunikation.

Maison à rénover et dangereuse pour les enfants.

J’ai loué cette maison en bord de mer qui s'est avérée très décevante. Elle n'a jamais été rénovée et tout, du mobilier à l'électroménager en passant par les peintures, semble figé dans les années 1970. De plus, il y a un sérieux problème aux normes électriques, avec des prises potentiellement dangereuses pour les enfants dans chaque pièce, étant donné que la maison n'a jamais été modernisée. Les matelas, les draps et les serviettes présentent également un sérieux problème d’odeur , le propriétaire n'ayant visiblement jamais rien changé depuis l'existence de la maison. L'humidité est constamment présente, ce qui est très désagréable et inacceptable pour une location de maison. Même la femme de ménage qui nous a accueillis a fait remarquer à plusieurs reprises que la maison était très vieillissante et lui avait conseillé de faire des travaux, mais le propriétaire ne semble pas avoir pris cela au sérieux. Il est important de noter que cette maison est divisée en deux niveaux, rez-de-chaussée et étage, ce qui entraîne inévitablement du bruit. À aucun moment, je n'ai eu l'occasion de rencontrer le propriétaire.

Auch wenn die Einrichtung des Objektes in die Jahre gekommen ist und leider nur über 1 WC verfügt, hatten wir einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub bei einer genialen Aussicht direkt auf das Meer.

Mooi huis op een gunstige locatie

Groot en fijn huis op een fijne locatie. Wel tot diep in de nacht lawaai van buiten, dus met het raam open slapen, wat gezien de temperatuur wel fijn was, was eigenlijk niet goed mogelijk. Het huis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt (wasmachine, vaatwasser, magentron etc.) maar sommige meubels vond ik wel wat armoedig. Het contact met de eigenaar was heel fijn. Het is een plek waar ik nog weleens terug wil komen.

Excellent séjour, propriétaire charmant, la propriété convient exactement à mes attentes (et à l'annonce). Emplacement magnifique avec la plage à ses pieds et appartement très spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut. Commerces tout près et ambiance très festive dans la ville. Je reviendrai!!

Parfait pour un groupe ou une famille

Très bien située, très agréable et bien aménagée, un bon accueil, cette location a été parfaite pour notre séjour : famille de 6 adultes et 2 petits enfants. Tout le monde a passé un excellent séjour. Merci M. de Saint Pierre et merci à Georgette, en charge de l'entretien.

Excellent séjour dans maison "pieds dans le sable"

Grande maison bien adaptée pour deux familles de 4 personnes avec enfants. Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la plage. Zone résidentielle et calme. Propriétaire avenant et laissant du matériel à disposition (vélos, canoë, parasols...). La maison pourrait supporter un petit rafraichissement mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un excellent séjour et de recommander cette location.
