T4 apartment with garage, terrace and garden
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a town house. We acquired the whole in 2011 and lived in this apartment the time to renovate them 1 to 1. It is located not far from the city center but with its terrace and its garden, we appreciated this "relaxation" side, especially with a child and a dog, staying close to all amenities. Within a radius of 35km around, you can alternate between lakes and mountains, swimming and skiing, visits to natural sites.

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Valserhône, pour couper du quotidien.
Logement agréable et bien équipé, avec une propriétaire à l'écoute et très agréable.
Boîte à clés pour récupérer les clés, ce qui laisse de la souplesse pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.
Quelques améliorations à prévoir (notamment matelas du lit double et batteries de casseroles).
Route assez passante devant le logement (1 chambre concernée).
Séjour agréable et dépaysant.
Wir haben uns in Bellegarde sur Valserine sehr wohl gefühlt. Mélanie ist sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist toll, es gibt in 30-60 Minuten Entfernung sehr schöne Seen, in denen man gut baden kann.
