"This property was unique in its lack of internet connection (it is the year 2022 and there are thousands of properties with connectivity around it!) and in its inability to work with a customer to make sure the customer leaves happy. I booked 4 nights through Expedia. As soon as we checked in, i found out that there is internet only in the public lobby. "We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint.
