"Stayed here from 4/17-4/21/26. The entrance is beautiful and you automatically feel like you’re on vacation. Unfortunately, when you get to the room it’s a different story. The room was not what I expected. It needs upgrading ASAP. My room had a leak coming from the toilet and the bathroom door had the rubber piece falling off. The phone in my room was not functional and so if I needed anything I would have to either catch a staff walking around or walk to the lobby myself which was a pretty far walk. My brother had an allergic reaction out there while eating at the buffet and we couldn’t call anyone and had to walk him to the lobby ourselves. Luckily it was an allergic reaction and not a life or death situation!!! The buffet food was good but needs more variety. The entertainment was minimal and everything was quiet by 10 or 11pm. The staff we encountered were all nice but I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"AMAZING staff, great food, very very clean. Plenty of activities, beautiful beach. The facilities are a little dated, but VERY well maintained. Welcoming and friendly environment. Talented entertainment staff. Just fyi, there's sometimes a towel shortage, but that's not a complaint, just an observation. There's an adult-only pool and bar."

"The resort was nice. Bar selection could have been better. Room service selection was minimal and wait time was lengthy. Used to servers around the pool and beach area, this resort doesn’t have this. One pool bar for the main area. "
