"Check was easy, the manager explained the Wi-Fi the password the TV after hours entry rules and we were able to put it in order for our breakfast early the next morning! This is the only hotel in downtown South Haven, so it was very convenient for walking to the pier and two restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend to anyone anticipating travel to that area in my parking is an issue you have to take advantage of one of the public lots in the vicinity, which ended up not being an issue for us."

"The property was well maintained and clean. The staff were all friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet fell way short of my expectations. The eggs tasted like powdered, the sausage was floating in what looked like water. The pastries were all stale and for fruit they only had bananas. Through our 5 night stay the bananas weren’t even ripe. I would definitely recommend this hotel but I would tell people to go out for breakfast. For what the rooms cost per night I definitely expected more"

"We booked not thinking it would be so hot in the tent. The afternoon sun directly hit the front of tent which made the first part of the nights sleep almost unbearable. Mornings were pleasantly cool. The restrooms/shower rooms were a bit further than we anticipated from our tent. Not much to rave about for breakfast- little yogurt and berry cups and muffins of some sort. There were chickens and at least one rooster on property which made it fun for the children who stayed there. Plenty of room to run. S’mores around a fire in the evenings was nice. Stay was within a 1015 minute drive from most places in South Haven. May consider staying again if the opportunity arose just not in the heat of the summer."
