Perfect River Getaway

Great location, view, house, & host. Our second year staying here and will be reserving for next year. We have stayed at multiple places over the years and this is the best by far. Highly recommend booking your next trip to the river here.

My girlfriends and I do an annual float weekend and this is our second time staying here! We love it so much… we’ve started calling it our home away from home! The location is unbeatable (especially if you plan on floating - it’s just down the road from The Landing). It’s right on the river (with easy river access on a quiet stretch so it’s perfect to take your lawn chairs and set up on the river’s edge). The house itself is modern, beautifully decorated, and conveniently laid out with enough bathrooms for a large group. The covered deck has become our favorite hangout - with the large chairs and exceptional views of the river. And don’t miss the sunrise! The host is easy to connect with and very accommodating. I’m so glad we found this house and have already booked our next visit!

Every aspect of this house either met or exceeded expectations; from the ease of booking, check-in, check-out, amenities, cleanliness, location, views, etc. We’ve stayed many places over the years, but this place was so clean and the easy river access was unmatched. We stayed at this brand‑new home on the Current River last week with our kids (18, 5, and 2), and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better — close to restaurants, a grocery store, a cute café, float trip outfitters, and Big Spring National Park. Truly everything we wanted to do was just minutes away.The house itself was spotless and so thoughtfully set up. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal without ever having to leave. The laundry room was a lifesaver for keeping river clothes clean. The 4‑car garage made unloading and storing all our gear incredibly convenient.One of our favorite parts was the gravel bar right out front — we spent hours there and honestly didn’t even feel the need to go anywhere else. It was peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for the kids to play.We couldn’t say enough good things about this place. It made our trip easy, relaxing, and memorable.
