Come enjoy a stay at Orchard Hilltop Getaway just walking distance from all the amenities and less than 1 mile from Current River. Our clean and cozy cabin comfortably sleeps 6 people and has everything you need for your next trip. Located in the heart of all Van Buren has to offer, this location makes a perfect base for your adventures. Spend the day on the river swimming or by rent/bring tubes, canoes, kayaks, or rafts. There are also various other places nearby to experience the Ozarks.

The Space
Both bedrooms offer one queen size bed and large closets. A King Koil luxury queen air mattress is also available and easily fits in various places and inflates in 2 minutes. The air mattress along with bedding is stored in bedroom 2 closet. All rooms are fully furnished offering the convenience to make our place your home away from home. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen is ready for preparing breakfast ahead of a busy day or enjoying the evening in making a home cooked meal. The cabin sits at the end of a private drive with multiple parking spots. Outdoor amenities include, charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and fire pit.

Other things to note
Self-check-in allows you to show up at the best time for you. You will have a 4-digit code to easily come and go throughout your stay. This cabin is around 1500sq ft with parking for multiple vehicles. Please note that during summer months the wifi can be very slow due to the influx of people in town. There is a smart TV that you can use your own login for any of your favorite TV services, but there is also a DVD player in case the internet buffers.

Clean and cozy home

Really like this home. Had extra amenities to help us with our stay and it was clean.it rained the first day so we went to check out the natural springs. To eat went to Beaver Teeth bar and did the Ax throwing and in Mountain View and visited the Vaindel winery.

He had a blast, did not leave most of the time, GREAT view and easy to find. I would tell all my friends about this house, LOVE the porch deck. We stayed out there all the time. I will be back for sure.

Excellent place to stay

The cabin is well maintained. Most everything you need is there for your use. A grab bar by toilet would be very helpful for older people to use, other than that, very nice and we look forward to returning. There are a lot of things to do and see around the area for day trips.

Fantastic location! The place was clean and wide open -- even larger than it looks in the pictures. Plenty of space for kids to play outdoors too! We forgot some items there and Lenice was fantastic in finding them and shipping them back to us. Thank you a million times!

Lovely home, just the perfect size. Loved having the large couch in the living room, plenty of space for all. My grandchildren got a kick out of the roomba. Beds comfortable. No issues with internet. Hosts respond quickly to messages.

The house location was the perfect balance of the comforts of in town needs and the peaceful river get-a-way feel. The house was clean and well maintained. The hosts add small touches for their guests that I have not seen in other properties. We will return at least once a year.

Hilltop views

We have stayed many places in Van Buren and this one tops them all. Beautiful views of the ozark mountains from the hilltop view of this houses location. Close to town with the convenience of multiple restaurants and grocery stores. The house was extremely clean and well prepped with all of the necessities. We will definitely be booking this again in the summer whenever we can. I recommend checking out HJ Redbeards for lunch or dinner, great food including some awesome seafood options. Thanks again!

Amazing Property

This home was everything it said it is and more! The host thought of everything from beach towels to floats and even a cooler on site to use. Plenty of family games to play and dvd player and movies for those who don’t have streaming apps. Excellent communication. It was an absolute wonderful weekend.
