About this space
This is the bigger side of a triplex building! We have built it where you CAN rent the whole building (if available) but you will need to contact me if that is what you are wanting. We rent each unit independently but you can rent the whole building which sleeps 14 total. 10 adults and 4 kids. This unit is the bigger side UNIT in a triplex which is perfect for those big family gatherings you want, but need your own private space as well. This sleeps 6 adults and 4 kids on the big side.
The space
Fully furnished kitchen for cooking, pots pans, dishes, there is a gas grill outside below the deck. Big kitchen and gathering place for friends and family. There is also a big fire pit outside. Large living room for gathering with friends and family relaxing. Nice size Screened in Porch!

There is free parking on the side of the house marked by parking curbs.
