Good location, clean room, confortable bed. Breakfast very basic. There is noise from the highway and the rail, but normal for this city.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is easy to navigate to and parking is easy. It was quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was good. They definitely need to invest in some new towels and deep cleaning of the furniture. The room was clean, just some things are too old and dingy or stained. You get what you pay for.

Ugh, won’t be coming here again😖

We reserved and paid for a ground level room with mobility access, king, bed, and non-smoking. Upon arrival we were told we were going to have to go upstairs, there were no ground level rooms available and that they had already been given out to other people, so then, what’s the purpose in specifying a particular type of room if it’s not going to be honored/available. it is very difficult for us to navigate stairs, that was the whole purpose in making a reservation from mobility, ground level room. And the young man at the counter was quite unfriendly, and not helpful at all, and his directions to the room stank. Cleanliness was NOT a top priority, either, the bed was comfy and room was quiet. Linen were quite soiled Didn’t feel comfortable using the towels, they could use a good bleaching!

Our stay was great. The hotel was clean and we found the check in and check out process very efficient with good staff at the desk. The parking was easy, near our room, and the area seemed safe. While being near I-10, it was still relatively quiet.
