"I checked in close to midnight and was greeted by a lovely front desk worker and a welcome gift. Clean and modern rooms, they recently renovated and it shows that they put in some effort with the finishes. Beds and sheets were extremely comfy and soft. Great selection for breakfast, hot and ready, and ample seating. Would stay again!"

"Nice hotel with modern, cozy lobby and dining area. The breakfast spread was notably good. Solid customer service. The only quirks were the sink design (low height and tended to spray) and loud AC unit. Great location near the river, RPI, and downtown retail and restaurants. Highly recommended overall!"

"Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located property for a last minute mini family reunion near RPI / Troy NY. Hosts were very communicative and property was as listed. Waterford is a lovely small upstate NY town. A visit to the impressive Cohoes Falls is just a short car ride away. Peebles State Park is very nearby for a nice easy walk along the Mohawk River. Eagles and other birdlife were seen daily. An very enjoyable, relaxing stay. "
