"It was great except… the suite I booked was no longer available. So I placed in a room that was a downgrade, and that was IK I guess. But what I found unfair was that I booked the room 9 months ago but was given today’s rate for the downgraded room. I mean, great, you gave me money back… but not at the rate I would have booked it. So… can you guys look into that? I’m also a Bonvoy member, not realizing that had I not booked through hotels.com, which is you, I would have received my Marriott points. So…no, not completely happy."
