Staff were nice , very accommodating. Its just that if your room is on the 6th floor it would be very hard to bring your stuff up and down if its heavy. But the staff there are always ready to assist you.

A really beautiful boutique hotel set in a convenient location in the historic old quarter. The room was not large but we received an upgrade with a balcony. What stood out about the hotel is the tasteful and beautiful Vietnamese decor and the service which is top notch. The staff could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
