"We arrived thinking we would be going to other casinos, but did not leave the property for the three days and two nights. Was pleasantly surprised with the food and room. The room was very spacious. Pool area was very with a great bar and food. Cambyr (sp) took good care of us even though we are MSU fans. Enjoyed our stay and will be back as time lets us get back to Biloxi."

"Room was in the Platinum Tower which was away from the casino floor. I needed a break from the noise so that was good. The room was very nice to include blackout shades that were motorized. Shower was very big for a hotel. Mini frig was so cold some drinks were almost frozen. It was 102 degrees one day so that was really nice. Not enough hangers in the closet was the only negative."

"Our stay at the resort and casino was overall a very enjoyable experience. There were many unique features that made our visit memorable, and we would definitely consider returning. One of the highlights was the excellent security. We appreciated that access to the guest room elevators required a room key each time, which made us feel safe. The security staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bell staff took care of all our luggage from arrival to departure, which was a great convenience. Our bellman was especially helpful in explaining the resort, sharing useful tips, and answering our questions. Since this was the first casino my wife and I had ever visited, the casino host also took the time to make us feel welcome and explain how everything worked. The casino itself was a lot of fun. I was lucky enough to win some money on the first night, although I gave it back the second night. That's part of the experience, and I still had a great time. Our family also enjoyed the restaurants, and the food was very good. One suggestion would be to provide a microwave somewhere for guests to reheat leftovers from the restaurants. My son thought the resort was very classy and well maintained. His only suggestion was to expand the fitness center by adding a stationary bike, more free weights, and cold drinking water instead of only warm bottled water. My wife especially loved the beautiful location, the scenery, and the convenience of the valet service."

"We have come every year for the past 8. This year I was in a different area than normal not facing the pool but facing the beach literally the last room farthest from the elevator on 2. Room smelled very musty which has never been in any other room. Most of the staff at the pool are very intent to check your bags when you enter the pool area but that’s about it. Trash overflowing in cans all around lazy River daily and most of the staff not really watching much except their phones. Not the same as usual"
