I booked this suite and arrived in late afternoon (sent message to owner saying when I would arrive). When I arrived nobody was there to meet me and let me in. Finally after about 1 hr of back and forth calls with the property managers I was told that the owner was cancelling my stay and I was left stranded on the sidewalk with my luggage in a city I did not live in. The was zero accountability from owner. I could not find another hotel as all were booked and I ended up having to sleep on a friends floor and missed my meeting that night and some work the next day. I will being suing this owner and have contacted my lawyer to ensure I am compensated for all costs. I highly suggest you do not stay here.

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM!

Do NOT book this condo!!! SCAM ALERT!!! I paid upfront for this room weeks ago, and the owner was supposed to email me the details, which they never did. I showed up, as planned, to check in, and no one was there to meet me as stated in the instructions. I had no way of contacting the owner, and I had to wait to enter the building after another person. The lady at the front desk had no idea about my stay and kept repeating that I had to contact the owner. After my husband was able to "chat" with someone on Hotels.com, we were told that my stay had just been canceled; however, I was NOT notified about the cancellation, and my credit card was NOT refunded. In fact, Hotels.com stated that my stay was in progress. We were left hanging in downtown Vancouver with nowhere to stay. My husband was able to book another hotel room in the city, but there was NO accountability for what happened to us. Hotels.com needs to do a better job of protecting its customers from this type of predatory booking. Do NOT book this condo!!!
