  • Newly renovated, clean, and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor unit in a convenient East Vancouver location near Downtown and Burnaby!

    Convenient Location: The house is located 20 mins drive from Downtown and YVR Airport, and 10 mins drive to VanDusen Gardens and Queen Elizabeth Park.
    A 15-minute walk to 29th Ave SkyTrain station gets you downtown in 10 minutes, while the 29 Bus stops right outside our house and reaches the station in 5 mins. We are conveniently located within walking distance of lots of delicious restaurants on Kingsway with some of the best Vietnamese food you can get in Vancouver!

    Free Parking: Guests also have access to detached garage parking included in their stay, as well as an outdoor gated parking space next to the garage. There is also lots of street parking in the area.

    Great for Families: Our 3 queen beds and a queen-sized air mattress means there's room for the whole family. Guests have noted how comfortable our beds are, come try it out for yourself! Norquay Park, which features a playground, basketball court, and a waterpark are located just a 5 minute walk away from the house.

    Fully Stocked Kitchen Essentials: Our kitchen is supplied all the essentials you need to make a meal- including microwaves, stove, oven, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, spatulas, ladles, and seasoning.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We wished we had used the patio, though during our stay, it got quite cold out. But if the sun were out, it would've been a perfect way to spend the summer's day! Victoria was also such a wonderful host! She was responsive, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our stay! She had prepared a physical guidebook on all the must-knows and must-dos during our stay, even including recommendations for out-of-towners who would like to experience Vancouver! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free retreat!

I stayed at Victoria's place for two nights. I was attending a graduation. There were clear instructions on how to enter the home. I found it exceptionally clean. It is in a nice area of Vancouver. We had a vehicle so we could get around easily. We could also park in a garage. We did not spend much time in the area because most festivities were around UBC. A good bed is extremely important to me when I stay at a vacation home. Both my brother and myself commented on how incredibly comfortable all the beds are. The attention to details was a very nice touch, like added toiletries. Thoughtful items. When returning for another event to Vancouver, I will be stay here again. It is also a nice place for longer term stays. Highly recommend.
