This was perfect location for walking around sightseeing. Close to gas town/ downtown. Room was well equipped and very clean. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to spend time in downtown town Vancouver. We were a few hours early for check in, host met us an let us in early. Excellent host, very accommodating.
The room had everything we needed for a great long weekend in Vancouver. Centrally located, we walked almost everywhere. Very clean and friendly staff. Martin was very responsive. I would stay here again!
I was in town for work and this was a great little rental for 1 night. Most importantly, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the kettle and microwave, and the docking station came in handy.
Location is convenient w/plenty of places to eat. Martin was very accommodating w/great communication. His place is very clean w/snacks, water, appliances & utensils provided. Thnx for hosting us - we’ll be back:)
I was in town for a conference at the convention center. Perfect easy walk, expertly appointed and comfortable space. And Martin checked in to make sure I was alright but didn’t hover. I hope this little retreat is available next time I’m in town. (I almost don’t want to give it five stars so no one else will find out about it!!)
Our stay at Le Soleil was wonderful from beginning to end! Martin was an awesome host with excellent communication throughout our stay! The hotel is in a safe, upscale area of Vancouver with lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance. We rented e-bikes and toured the entire Stanley Park area, which was beautiful and not to be missed! Thank you again, Martin, for a great stay! We will stay again next time we're in vancouver!

What a great experience! Clean , beautiful, well appointed room with so many unexpected features.
We loved it. The morning after we checked out and had already boarded our cruise ship we received a message that we had left some items behind. Martin went above and beyond by bringing the items to the departure station so we were able to have our items. I was amazed!! Spectacular service!!
Excellent property, centrally located for either cruise or airport guests.Canada Place, the cruise terminal, you can see it, it's just at the end of Hornby Street. The Skytrain Waterfront station is in the same locale, just 2 blocks over, both are within a 10-minute easy walking distance.The property itself is a well-appointed, spotlessly clean, welcoming space. It is surrounded by breakfast, lunch and dinner eateries, along with many bars, all within easy walking distance. I was indeed fortunate to meet Martin, this property's most agreeable host, who is keen to ensure your stay at his property is as enjoyable as possible. So, what's not to like, a 5-star place to base yourself in a 5-star great city, Vancouver.
We enjoyed the location as it was very close to Gas Town, China Town and the Sea Wall. Very clean and well appointed. Vancouver is a beautiful city and this was a wonderful place to enjoy from.
Martin was very responsive to messages and helpful! The location is perfect for walking to all the local sights (and bike rentals to bike to Stanley Park).

I was completely unaware that what I was booking was a Vrbo until arrival and then the communications by text and email I was getting finally all made sense. The room was modern in contrast to atmosphere of the rest of the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The blackout curtains only extended to block 50% of the view of the rooms and outdoor patio across the narrow lane, so privacy felt a little weak. My main concern is with the clarity in booking through Expedia where is was completely unclear that we would not have hotel services in the hotel we felt we were booked in.

This was a VRBO suite...Which I had accidentally reserved not knowing that it was independently controlled, and therefore out of control hotel Admin. Expedia flooded my INBOX with Emails for weeks before arrival, and on arrival, it took me over an hour to check in (9pm to 10 pm) as the reception knew nothing of my booking. The hotel is Great. The Expedia booking system was not clear, resulting IN HORRIBLE 3 DAY STAY. MY WORST STAY IN VANCOUVER IN 60 YEARS . NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Despite booking through Orbitz my reservation somehow was fulfilled through VRBO and had to use their service for check-in procedures instead of the front desk. WiFi wouldn't work in the room either.
