You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Family home in Surrey

The building is very spacious, having 2 floors and is over 3300 SF.
The main floor :Two bedroom with twin size bed. One bedroom with queen size bed and one sofa bed. The washroom with a shower .The family room has a fireplace. The kitchen is supplied with all the basic utensils, including a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster and all cooking utensils. The laundry room has full-size in-suite washer and dryer.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms, featuring a master room with two queen-sized bed, one washroom with a shower and a tub separately. Two of the other bedrooms have two queen-sized bed .One bedroom with one queen size bed.

There is a big deck and patio in the backyard.
If you are coming with cars, there are 4 private parking spaces.
Free Wi-Fi is provided.

2. We prepared extra bedding sets for guests to change whenever needed
3. Having investigated that less than 30% of the listings in the Greater Vancouver region were having AC, we installed AC in our house for more comfortable experience.

What a great property!

This place was perfect for our large group. Beautiful house, well stocked with everything you would want. Davids communication was prompt and courteous. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for large groups.

This property accommodated eight adults and two children with room to spare. It was well stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. The kitchen had all of the utensils necessary for cooking. The large dining room table was big enough for all of us to eat as a family unit. The central air conditioning made fir a very comfortable stay. David, the owner, was very nice and responsive.

Perfect for a large group!

We housed eight adults and two children comfortably with room to spare. The house was well stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. The kitchen table was large enough for us to eat together as a family. And the kitchen was nicely stocked with all of the utensils that we needed for cooking meals. The recent addition of central air conditioning made the control of temperature easy and comfortable. This house was perfect for our need. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great place for large group!

My daughter’s softball team and 5 adults stayed in this larger spacious home. Enough beds for 16 people and 4 full baths for a team of girls was optimal! This home definitely had than enough room. No one felt crowded. The owner was fantastic to deal with. Friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable Big Home

We travelled to BC for a softball tournament. Our group of 16 stayed in the home. It’s a large home with more than enough space and beds that we didn’t feel at all cramped. David the owner was easy to deal with, friendly and very accommodating.
