- The host and owner lives upstairs and a tenant lives in the fully separate suite next door.
- There is a sweet and friendly Aussie Labradoodle next door.
- Please be mindful of our neighbours regarding noise, especially during quiet hours (10 pm - 8 am).
- Strictly no smoking or pets allowed to maintain a fresh environment for all guests.
- Detailed, easy check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

No Parties or Events: Please help us maintain a peaceful environment. Parties, large gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted.
Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep music and voices low during this time.
Registered Guests Only After 10 PM: For safety and neighbourhood peace, only guests officially listed on the reservation are allowed on the property during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM), unless agreed to by the hosts.
