  • Welcome to our private 2-bedroom lower-level suite in Vancouver’s Dunbar/Kitsilano area.

    This comfortable home is a great fit for families, couples, students, remote workers, or anyone visiting Vancouver’s west side.

    The suite includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, a workspace, dining area, and a large 65” Smart TV. The first bedroom has a full bed and workspace, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

    Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the suite offers a peaceful stay while still being close to UBC, Kitsilano, Jericho Beach, Spanish Banks, local cafes, grocery stores, parks, and easy transit to Downtown Vancouver.

    Guests enter through the main gate, follow the right-side path, and go down 5 stairs to the private entrance. Check-in is simple with a Schlage keypad lock.

    Pets are welcome with prior notice. Please let us know before arrival if you’ll be bringing a pet.

    Please note this is a lower-level suite in a residential home, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and the neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed.
