The highly desired furnished one bedroom view suite is spaciously laid out. A foyer living room and separate dining area complete the warm feel of the home. This luxurious suite also includes a TV in the living room and bedroom. The in-suite laundry and secured underground parking are additional amenities included with the suite that will make your Yaletown lifestyle that much more convenient

The condo is centrally located and is only 1.5 blocks to the False Creek Seawall, walking distance to downtown, the Entertainment district, grocery stores, restaurants and transit.

Note that this is a non-smoking unit. Any smokers identified will be asked to immediately leave and fines imposed by the Strata will be the guests responsibility. Although pets are adorable, this unit is not suitable for pets.
