    Designed with families and small groups in mind, this 2-bedroom basement suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The layout includes a private bedroom and a second bedroom that serves as a cozy living area, perfect for movie nights or winding down after a fun day exploring Vancouver.
    One full bathroom serves the suite. The shared patio is a lovely bonus, a relaxed outdoor space shared with the friendly long term family upstairs, giving the property a warm, homey feel that sets it apart from a typical short term rental. As with any home with upstairs neighbours, guests may occasionally hear footsteps or everyday sounds from above, a small reminder that you`re staying in a real, lived-in home rather than a hotel.

    Guests have full access to the entire basement suite including both bedrooms, the full bathroom, and a dedicated private entrance so you can come and go freely at any time. The shared patio is a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the fresh air, a relaxed shared space enjoyed alongside the friendly long term family upstairs.

    Our dedicated 24/7 support team is always available to assist you throughout your stay, day or night, we`re just a message away. Whether you have a question about the space, need a local recommendation, or require any assistance during your stay, we`ve got you covered around the clock.
    Please note that the family residing upstairs is not part of the hosting team, we kindly ask that all guests direct any questions or concerns exclusively through our support team and avoid approaching or disturbing the upstairs family at any time.
