Charming villa with sunny terraces on the beach

Splendid holiday villa in Mediterranean style. You'll love its sunny terraces with beautiful sea views and direct sea access. Surrounded by a garden with BBQ and outdoor shower, it is fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
Villa built in 1964, fully renewed in 2012. It has 130 square meters built in two levels, in a property of 400 m2. Located in front of the beach and at 200 m. of the centre of Hospitalet de l'Infant, in Costa Dorada. It has three large terraces facing the sea, three bedrooms (one en suite), two toilets, kitchen and a large living room.
If you are looking for a not crowded beach and a house which is both in front of the sea and at a walking distance (200m) of the centre of a small and clean village, this is a good choice.
The house is located 37 km far from Reus Airport, and 123 km far from Barcelona Airport. The train station is at walking distance (850m).
All types of water sports available at walking distance. Harbour at 500m. Nearest golf course at 6 km (Bonmont).

Our guests will enjoy satellite TV with international channels and free high speed Wi-fi connection, even though you will prefer to watch the sea and listen to the waves. The kitchen is bright with garden views and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a large set of cooking tools. Dinners at the terrace in the warm evenings of the Costa Dorada are just memorable.
The luxurious and comfortable suite occupies the entire upper floor of the villa, providing privacy. It has an integrated bathroom that allows sea views while taking a shower.
One of the bedrooms can be converted during the day in a nice studio with a desk overlooking the sea. If you want to feel the sea, no need to leave home.

The house keeping is in charge of Gloria. She takes care of the house also for us, and knows every little secret you may need to know. She is also available for housekeeping on request if you do not feel like cleaning or doing the laundry while at home.
There's a fish shop 300 meters far from the house. Fish arrives around 16h each day, and you will enjoy cooking fresh fish at the terrace either on the pan or in the BBQ. If you're fond of local food, just ask for directions and we will tell you where to go!!
We bought the house in 2009, and have fully renewed it in 2012. We usually spend most of the summer sailing, and that's why we rent the house just during this period. We hope you will enjoy it.
