Overall the stay was fine. Needed to change rooms initially because of a noisy generator. Very small fitness area and the sauna/hammam is only accessible for an extra fee. The bed was comfortable, although the water pressure for the shower wasn't great. Staff were nice. Check-out at 12 was convenient.

I loved my stay here for three nights. Street parking was convenient, and it's an easy walk to the walled city. They serve a very good breakfast and have a bar for a nightcap. I loved the lay out of the room. The people at reception were kind and helpful.

Be aware that parking on site has to be pre-booked. To use the steam room and Sauna is not included in the room price. The reception staff were very helpful and the room was clean. The centre of the town is only a few minutes away.

Good hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in what was supposedly the largest room and it had an incredibly strange layout. The toilet and closet were by the front door and then you walked down a hallway to get to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was large but again the layout was strange. Also, the room was on the 5th floor but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so we had to walk up a spiral staircase (with all our luggage) to get to our room. We were pleasantly surprised to see the bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The double sink vanity was also a nice touch. Overall the hotel was good. It's on the perimeter of the historical center (~3-5 minute walk to get there). There wasn't much charm in the hotel or the room but it was pretty clean and they provided bath robes and slippers. The AC worked and the windows blocked out the sound. And we got a nice view of the historic center. The bed was comfortable and large. There was no shampoo or conditioner (it was a body wash/shampoo mix) and there was no body lotion - just something to keep in mind. The staff were very nice and helpful (a little too helpful). I asked for a second keycard the following day since we only received one at checkin. I offered to show them my license, but they didn't want to see it. They asked for no info and just handed me over a key. A different woman who checked us in, in the evening was a hoot and helped us park the car (the garage is very narrow but it is France).

Très bien situé: près de la gare et près de la vieille ville et du port. Suggestion (chambre 503): mettre des crochets dans les chambres pour accrocher le manteau ou autres vetements. Ex. grand pan de mur quand on entre où on pourrait avoir ces crochets. Sous la télé il y aurait eu de la place pour une tablette qui aurait servi de bureau et permis de poser le portable. des cintres sont présents mais tellement bas sous un module d'appoint qu'on veut rien y mettre. Il y a place à optimiser le rangement dans les chambres pour pas cher. Tout le reste était vraiment très bien !

A beautifully presented hotel. The room was immaculate, as was everywhere else in the hotel. Oodles of hot water in the well-appointed bathroom. Comfortable bed with good pillows. The staff cannot be faulted and I'd like to pay a particular compliment to Arthur, on reception when we checked in, for his service which went above and beyond.

Nicht jedes 4 Stern Hotel ist besser als die mit 3

Hotel verspricht mehr als es bietet , Zimmer lärmig, ringsum Strassen, die ganze Nacht befahren, Bett ist gut, Badezimmer sehr klein, geeignet für schlanke Leute sowie auch der Lift. Rollstuhl nicht geeignet, Garage nur für kleine Autos, sehr eng, nieder und ungemütlich.
