"The prooerty is 3.5 star so keeping that in mind, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room and surrounds were clean, tidy and spacious. Airport shuttle service available. Only negative was the pool looked a bit manky and i noticed no one used it while i was there. The room views off the balcony deck were stunning. Well done staff."

"This was my second time staying at Galaxy Hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern and up to date, which made it comfortable. The only issue we had was with the bathroom door, but it was promptly fixed. Overall, a pleasant experience once again. "

"Loved this place! Tranquil and affordable. One thing is Wi-Fi is too slow to really do anything but starlink could fix that easily! I would get ~1mbps. Maybe we shouldn’t even need wifi but for practical reasons having a reliable source is nice."

"This was an amazing place! The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly and the setting is spectacular and the rooms themselves are comfortable but they need new beds we had a hard time sleeping on the old metal box spring together waking each other up every time we moved It would be 100% great if they got new beds "

This is a super Kool place and the chill staff make the experience unforgettable The pool next to the ocean and the lagoon and the food n bar service make this place one of a kind. "Very friendly staff, it’s not luxury but average linen and towels were very dirty not washed properly specially when they use the White towels . Bathroom needs a good cleanup and toilet as well. Need a proper forced shower specially when Water force was very low. Needs some improvements. Overall, I will give 2 .5 star thank you"
