Maison Flair - 800m from the beach, for 6 persons

  • Our Maison Flair is a detached holiday home in an idyllic location by the nature reserve – just a few minutes' walk (800 m) from the wonderful sandy beach of the Côte Fleurie.



    The house was completely refurnished in spring 2024. The stylish and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired and, with its proximity to the sea and the fashionable seaside resort of Cabourg, promise a dream holiday. Enjoy your holiday with your children, friends and dogs at Maison Flair.



    The accommodation



    Cosy living area
    On the ground floor, a spacious living room with an inviting seating area, a generous 55-inch flat-screen TV (SAMSUNG incl. subwoofer and UHD IP TV from Bouygues) and a cosy pellet fireplace for cosy evenings (pellets optional) await you.



    Kitchen and dining area
    The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to enjoy time together around the large wooden table. You will find everything you need for culinary highlights, from high-quality electrical appliances to raclette and fondue sets.



    Sleep well
    On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room. On the first floor, there are two further double rooms (each with a 160 cm bed), one room with a desk, monitor and docking station as a workplace. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses (hotel quality) to guarantee a restful sleep.



    Large garden and several terraces
    The 697 m² property offers plenty of outdoor space, with a fenced garden and two sunny terraces – perfect for enjoying nature and admiring the sunset.



    Outdoor facilities
    Relax on high-quality rattan loungers with cushions or enjoy convivial evenings with the Broil-King gas grill on the large garden terrace with glass table, seating area and pergola.



    Practical extras
    A freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, clothes horse and two highchairs are available in the tiled garage.



    A charging station for electric cars is available on the outside of the garage (a smartphone is required for registration; a fee is charged for charging).



    A fast and stable fibre-optic internet connection ensures that you can work remotely or use IP-TV if you wish.
