Unfortunately the hotel group's IT system were down since the morning therefore the check-in was difficult. Hotel very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. The dinner which were included in the price was good. Would come back next time I am in the area.

Stingy service and nothing but a place to sleep at
From a hotel brand that is very known in Sweden, our expectation were low yet hopeful. The check-in was smooth but we slowly realized some weaknesses in service. As any hotel guest, you would expect that basic toiletries would be there but even if we paid extra just to get a better room, we were asked to pay some fee for a simple toothbrush kit and batthrobe. On the top of that, the room was not clean enough. Despite this, we hoped and thought that their food might change our mind but the meat was dry, and breakfast buffe is also limited and tasted bland. While we appreciated the measures taken against covid spread, their service needs some serious improvement especially if they want to convince their customers to come back during this time. So if you are just looking for a nice bed to sleep on, well atleast that can Clarion offer.

Hyggelig hotell med bra beliggenhet og personale
Veldig hyggelig hotell med bra beliggenhet både i forhold til sentrum og strand og festningsområde. Personalet er hyggelig og serviceminded. Fint med gratis parkering like utenfor hotellet. LItt dumt av boblebadet var ute av drift

Allt var bra. Förutom att sänglamporna inte fungerade. Emellanåt så kände vi av cigarettrök genom Ventilationen. Inget skohorn heller det saknade vi. Annars rent och snyggt. Ett extra + för hundskålar med varsin godispåse. Maten var god. Inget att klaga på.
