Nordsee Park Dangast - Haus Spiekeroog Apartment Mitte EG (55 qm)

This apartment for 2 people plus toddler is surrounded by maritime flair in a prime location on the dike!
The hallway with modern wardrobe leads to the spacious living and dining area. The large dining table with rocking chairs and the cozy sofa corner invite you to relax. The dining area with ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area you get to the spacious terrace with adjoining lawn.
Held from the entrance area on the right is the chic shower room with toilet. The large, floor-level shower, towel heating and the illuminated mirror as a niche above the washbasin offer maximum comfort. The shower room is also well equipped thanks to a washing machine and dryer.
Either from the shower room or from the living-dining area you can access your bedroom via a clever sliding glass door.
The bedroom with a comfortable double bed and large wardrobe offers plenty of natural light, but can be darkened quickly and easily thanks to coated pleated blinds. Here you also have direct access to the terrace.
The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.
Children's travel cot and high chair are also available on request.
There is a bicycle room in the basement for your bicycles or e-bikes.

Tolle FeWo mit kurzen Wegen zu Strand und Restaurants

Wir freuten uns sehr, dass die Rezeption auch vor der vorgesehenen Ankunftszeit besetzt war und wir unsere FeWo sofort beziehen konnten. Einmal hatten wir uns frühmorgens ausgesperrt. Auch das ließ sich problemlos lösen, da die Rezeption in der Anlage schon früh besetzt war. Die Wohnung selbst war komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Unsere Terrasse hielt den Küstenwind sehr gut ab, so dass wir sie abends lange nutzen konnten. Strandpromenade, Bäcker, Restaurants, Eiscafés waren in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben täglich Fahrradtouren unternommen. Die Routenvorschläge der Touristinformation in Form von Flyern zusammen mit dem Knotenpunktsystem und der App waren dabei extrem hilfreich. Ein Blick in die Touristinfo lohnt sich schon allein deswegen. Die Fahrradtouren führten uns zu tollen Zielen, an denen es auch stets etwas Gutes zu essen gab.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr ruhige Ferienanlage. Die Wohnung war funktionell und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Es fehlte quasi an nichts. Zum Strand lediglich ca. 500 Meter. Und dann Nordsee pur. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Nordseepark zu Gast. Diese Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, hatte in der Küche alle Utensilien, die man benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Strand.
