    Our house Monika is located in a very quiet location with no through traffic.

    The 75 m² terraced house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
    1 time with double bed.
    1 time with 2 single beds.

    On the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a washing machine.
    A separate guest toilet is located on the ground floor.

    In the fully equipped kitchen with various electrical appliances you can cook to your heart's content.

    Our large living room with dining area and underfloor heating is comfortably furnished.
    From the living room you enter a small enclosed garden with terrace and inviting garden furniture.

    The house is equipped with satellite and Smart TV, stereo, USB, DVD player, telephone and Wi-Fi.

    In all rooms are childproof sockets.

    There are various games, books for children and adults.

    A high chair and travel cot is available.

    Our house is just 3 minutes walk from a nice playground.

    Center, beach, spa, sea water spring and restaurant's are within a few minutes walk.
