Salle de bain vetuste. wc trés sale. robinet sdb completement inutilisable. Rideaux douche orible.Lit très incorfortable. plaque de cuison hors service. Pas de four. Vue exterieur épouventable.Bref tres nul

Un peu petit mais idéalement situé

L'appart est vraiment situé en plein de Vars-Les-Claux. Pour accéder aux pistes, il suffit de traverser la rue et vous y retrouverez trois remonte-pentes. Supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie, caisses forfait et matériel de ski sont tous à proximité aussi. Bémol pour l'arrivée. Sur le site, il était indiqué qu'il serait disponible à partir de 14h. Son propriétaire nous a annoncé quelques jours avant qu'il ne serait pas disponible avant 17h et au final, la femme de ménage n'est arrivée qu'à 17h !Reste que le propriétaire, Alex, est très disponible (il a un resto juste en bas) et veut bien faire.Concernant l'appart, les sont :-le matelas du lit de la chambre est très confortable-Très bonne insonorisation (on n'entend rien des autres apparts) et très calme-petit dressing très pratique à l'entrée-cuisine vient d'être refaite, mais attention ni four ni lave-vaisselle (seulement un micro-ondes)Les moins : -Frigo trop petit et plus en bon état-lumière principale trop faible-Pot du wc sale-Porte de la douche pas adaptée au nouveau bac-robinet de l'évier de la salle de bain pas serré-casier ski un peu petit -Coussins pas tous très propres

Super séjour en famille

Excellent séjour de a à z ! En effet un accueil au top d Alex qui est disponible à tout moment ! Son appartement est très fonctionnel, à deux pas des pistes et sa chambre séparée est bien agréable !On reviendra!
