Good if you arrive by Uber or Taxi
I believe that the management Needs to put more emphasis on its guests and less on its parking business, there is no place to park when you arrive and when you leave, if you don’t use valet parking no help at all, I parked down the road. There is no handicapped or old persons parking I questioned the manager and he was indifferent

Cheap and Cheerful - just what we wanted
Cheap and Cheerful ! It is a very simple accommodation and the price reflects it. But very clean, great wi-fi, and the included breakfast was FABULOUS.

Most convenient when traveling to Cuiaba
A very convenient stay when flying to and from Cuiaba. Free airport transfer and courteous staff made my stay a pleasure. Nearby local restaurants amd bars to compliment this well-operated property.

Good Starting Point
This is a good place to stay as a starting point for other adventures. I was going to the Pantenal and the hotel is right across from the Cuiaba airport. If you don't have much baggage, you could walk, but you have to cross a busy street. Taxi was 23 reas. The hotel is very basic but spotlessly clean. The rooms are tiny, so you'd better like who you're rooming with! Plenty of hot water, AC works well, and the bed is decent. There always was someone who spoke English. Booking through Hotels.com saved me some reas! There are a couple of restaurants within easy and safe walking distance, as well as a supermarket. Breakfast was included with my reservation. I wish they had a pool. I would stay there again.

Atendimento pouco cortês: atendentes mal olham na nossa cara e não respondem um boa-noite. Quarto com reserva para duas pessoas tinha toalhas somente para uma. Café da manhã ok, mas o café da máquina é de péssimo sabor. Estrutura e limpeza razoáveis.

Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel. Não possuia roupa de cama e toalhas suficientes, ao pedir Roupa de cama o funcionário informou que não tinham e que utilizasse coberto, sendo inclusive grosseiro. No banheiro a instalação do chuveiro está precisando de limpeza urgente, mal sai agua de tanta sujeira. O café da manhã regrediu muito do que ofereciam antes e não possuem mais transfer.

Boa. Mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Pessoas mal humorado. O café da manhã um pouco fraco para o custo do hotel. Pessoas no atendimento mal humoradas. Caras fechadas. Parecem que estão sendo obrigadas a trabalhar. Fraco o atendimento. Deviam investir em cursos para esses profissionais para melhor atender.
