"The host greeted us at the gate with keys and a quick tour of the lovely property. This house is the best location in which we have ever stayed: Attention to detail is evident everywhere from the bed and bath linens to the kitchenware to the overall design of the unit’s layout. Very clean and brightly lit, yet with excellent privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and quite suitable for a stroll to view others' gardens. Guest comfort is paramount though and through."

"This hotel is incredible! The location was ideal and the staff were all incredibly helpful going above and beyond. Typically during a stay you will find one good person, if you are lucky, but here each person made our stay better in a unique way. The hot free breakfast was also phenomenal! "We stayed at this hotel for only about 7 hours as we wanted to be closer to the airport for our very early flight. The hotel was perfect and I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside was that when we went to check in there were only 2 people at the desk, but a flight full of people whose flight had been canceled. It took us close to 2 hours to check in and the restaurant was full until 10:30 pm. I understand this was out of their control as it was unexpected, but since we had already paid I wish someone else could have given us our room keys so we could have prepared for our flight the next day. The staff was extremely excellent at dealing with all these people and kind when we reached the desk. "

"A very warm welcome from the moment you arrive. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and has a lovely scent. The bedrooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable! Breakfast is highly recommended with a range of food to suit all your requirements. Amazing cocktails in the evening with two different restaurants! Staff were friendly, always available to offer support and couldn’t do more for you. The spa area is serene with a heated inside pool. If you follow the aqueduct downhill you get to the metro which is easy to navigate if you want to get onto Porto. A great place to stay ."
