Beautiful hotel with an amazing view. Hotel staff was always helpful and friendly. Service, drinks and food were all top notch. Would definitely recommend Rocabella.

This is a great hotel on the south side of the island, away from the crazy busy streets of Fira and Oia. It’s really well kept, staff are incredibly friendly (especially Markella on the front desk!) and the view is just spectacular, make sure you wake up to see sunrise. There isn’t a sunset view from the hotel but you could easily find a local viewing spot… Fira is about a 20min drive, we hired a car through the hotel (€55 per day) for two days which allowed us to see most of the island. There’s some great beaches in the south, would highly recommend Theros Wave Bar for a nice beach day where the vibe is relaxed and food is good (€20 for a for two beds), we also hiked from Fira to Oia at sunrise one day which was great.
