This exceptional accommodation enjoys a privileged location just 50 meters from the escalator, providing easy access to the ski lifts, ski school, tourist office, sports and leisure center, and shopping mall.
Remarkable living spaces: The apartment features a 70 m² cathedral-style living room with a fireplace, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. A mezzanine with a foosball table harmoniously completes the relaxation area. The large south-facing terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Grandes Rousses mountain range.
Comfort and well-being: Two bathrooms with toilets are available, one of which is equipped with a two-person whirlpool bath and a private sauna, guaranteeing relaxation and rest after mountain activities.
