Had to leave after 3 nights because the vacant flat next door had domestic pigeons in it. Be warned if you stay there.

Par rapport à nos précédentes locations, nous avons été déçus. La propreté de cet appartement laissait à désirer(salle de bains en particulier). D'autre part, les portes de la penderie dans la chambre étaient en très mauvais état et, à notre demande, elles ont été retirées. (merci au personnel de l'agence de Vaulx qui a été à l'écoute et très réactif) Malgré tout, je retournerai chez vous. Salutations.

Petit mais calme et vue lointaine sur mer
Très bon emplacement, proche de la plage de Pontaillac dans un endroit calme et verdoyant. Les 2 plaques chauffantes ne sont pas pratiques pour faire la cuisine.Il manque une bouilloire électrique. La douche est petite et les toilettes sont mal éclairées mais la salle de bains est moderne et fonctionnelle. Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables. Les portes coulissantes du placard de la chambre sont vétustes. Pour le reste tout est correct et c'est un bon rapport qualité prix.

Logement que nous ne recommanderions pas
Logement proche du centre de Pontaillac et de la mer, ce qui est un atout. En revanche, il serait utile de préciser que ce logement a la vue de sa fonctionnalité est adéquat à un couple et non une famille surtout avec enfant en bas âge (douche extrêmement petite, pas de rangement, très peu de place pour circuler…). Le logement mériterait d’être nettoyé de fond en comble et remis au goût du jour. Cher pour les prestations proposées.

Résidence tranquille
Bien situé mériterait d'être rénové (dans son jus) - Le garage à vélo est un atout. La literie (oreillers et alèze) a besoin d'être changée. Peu de rangements dans la chambre.
Appartement bien situé, vue océan, confortable, propre et bien équipé (sauf machine à laver).

Résidence calme, bien située. Petit appartement plutot bien aménagé. Par contre, pas très adapté pour des enfants en bas âge: douche extremement petite, pas la place de mettre un lit parapluie dans la chambre.
