"The rooms are fantastic and a minor gripe is that the pools were not heated. The morning breakfast and dinner were chaotic. There is no coordination and the restaurant staff was overwhelmed. We pay the high room costs for the most relaxing experience but chaos at morning and dinner leaves much to be desired. The spa is good and in-room dining service is good. "

The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"
