il soggiorno non è statao possibiled in quanto l'hotel è chiuso in questo periodo, potete solo immaginare il disagio da me patito per il fatto che ho dovuto cercare un'altra sistemazione, anche il vostro servizio è molto scadente se non siete in grado di gestire con gli hotel i periodi di chiusura

Hotel Idea Pisa Migliarino

Hotel molto comodo, vicino casello autostradale Pisa Nord, ideale per pernottamenti e spostamenti con l'auto. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. L'hotel possiede un ristorante che prevede anche menù turistici alla sera a prezzi contenuti.

l'hotel ne merite plus le classement 4 étoiles

rien à signaler pour un court séjour, mais les prestations et le services laissent à desirer. Je connais l'hotel depuis longtemps quand il était geré par Holiday Inn et il a gardé le 4 étoiles sans garder les mêmes prestations.

l ' Albergo andrebbe sistemato

L`albergo in esterno e` gradevole....ma le camere che abbiamo trovato avevano materassi e cuscini scomodissimi, il bagno con problemi di umidita`....e dalle finestre entrava acqua piovana...... altra cosa ...i distributori automatici di acqua e bibite ...sono cari

Ottima posizione....

Soggiorno abbastanza positivo ma personalmente bagno senza bidet ( c'era la doccetta che io patisco ) e letto matrimoniale piccolo ( da 1 piazza e 1/2 ) x essere un 4 stelle. Ottimo x andare a Lucca o Pisa essendo vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada.

Chambre correcte, cependant impossibilité de rancher le sèche cheveux ou rasoir dans la sdb. Petit déjeuner très simple.

Helaas geen warm water

Hotel is op zich aardig maar helaas gedurende drie dagen koud douchen. Iedereen houdt zich van de domme; jammer. Verder best aardig voor tussenstop.

the great service and staff could not compensate for the terrible condition of the hotel and the lack of any facilities. we came with the family and the 3rd bed in the rooms was not fit for anyone to sleep in.

En skuffende oplevelse

Udetemperaturen var ca. 38 gr. I det værelse, vi fik tildelt, var der 31 gr. trods påstået aircondition. Vi henvendte os til receptionisten for at spørge, om vi havde gjort noget forkert mht. reguleringen af aircon-anlægget, men fik at vide, at vi blot skulle være tålmodige, da det arbejdede langsomt og var længe om at køle ned. Efter en halv time var der stadig 31 gr. hvorfor vi henvendte os på ny til receptionisten for at bede om at få et andet værelse. Receptionisten havde åbenbart den opfattelse, at det var vores problem, ikke hotellets, og påstod, at hun ikke havde andre ledige værelser - jo, det var ét, men der var aircon'en også i stykker. Dvs., at hun fra starten havde været klar over, at det også var tilfældet på "vores" værelse. Til sidst lykkedes det at overbevise hende om, at det virkelig var hotellets problem, og vi fik så endelig et værelse med fungerende aircon. Det er ikke et serviceniveau, man forventer af et 4-stjernet hotel, hvilket i øvrigt også må siges om morgenmaden, hvor udvalget er såvel sparsomt som uinteressant.

Hotel Idea, een slecht idee!

Hotel Idea, een slecht idee! Hotel ligt langs een doorgaande weg en drukke spoorweg wat s 'avonds er goed te horen is op de gehorige kamer! De plantenbakken op het parkeerterrein zijn leeg of staan vol met onkruid. Parkeren is wel gratis en plaatsen genoeg. Volgens de boekingsgegevens op de website zouden alle kamers voorzien zijn van een minibar maar deze bleek bij aankomst in het hotel uitgeschakeld. Navraag bij de receptie leverde niets op, enkel de mededeling dat dat de policy van het bedrijf is geworden omdat mensen na gebruik van de minibar de producten niet afrekende. Men heeft uiteindelijk wel onze zelf meegebrachte blikjes drinken koud gezet in de koelkast van de receptie. WIFI tegen betaling ( 7 euro 24 uur) geen Nederlandse tv zender(s) beschikbaar. Schoonmaak kan beter. Ontbijt was slecht. Al met al zou ik dit hotel niet aanraden, zeker niet voor deze prijs. Pisa zelf viel ook tegen.

Convenient airport hotel

If you want a nice little hotel before you gly out of Pisa, it would be hard to do better than this. The on site restaurant was better than many in hotels of this type. You're about 10 minutes from Pisa if you have to see the leaning tower again.

Bonne impression générale sauf que le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas ,et que nous étions obligé de couper la climatisation la nuit car elle était extrêmement bruyante (bruit de tracteur!)

La camera, al piano terra, era sufficientemente pulita e ordinata. Il bagno piuttosto vecchio e la doccia scarsamente accessibile ma con un livello di pulizia accettabile. La colazione a buffet è adeguatametne assortita e il personale cortese. Ottima la posizione per chi arriva dall'autostrada.

My family and I were very pleased to have booked here as the service was very friendly, forthcoming and competent in helping accomodate a booking errorhotels.com and also in supporting us with local phone calls when we needed to arrange for an emergency car repair on our trip home.
