There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. Each bathroom sink was draining poorly I had to go with a plunger to relieve the water. There are several windows that do not close and the screens are dirty and sticky. The terrace on the second floor need some power washing to get rid of the mildew and the pool needed to get cleaned as it has debris on the bottom. We had no beach towels as advertise. The owners will response once on your initial message then they go dead silence. We own and rent properties as well and would never allow those poor conditions to exist.
