"Brenda & Juan have created a beautiful place you can call home not too far from San Juan. I felt like I was in my own personal resort. The pool was so refreshing and if you would like you can eat dinner in at their small guests only restaurant. Cerró Gordo beach is about 20 minutes away and is another treasure. So grateful to have found this spot."

"It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The restroom is extra small and the shower water sometimes runs out to the living room. There were no trash bags (but one) provided for the kitchen trash can so it was hard to gather all the trash in one bag when leaving. Bed wasn’t as comfortable but doable. "

"My stay was amazing. The place was super clean and smelling good. The process to get into the place was smooth and easy. Can definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely stay there again."

"I'm a local who stayed a few nights because I was attending a festival. The place is really nice and cozy. I swear they have the best AC on the planet. Everything was organized and tidy but not clean. The floor had been swept but not mopped for a while, we had to keep our shoes on because our feet were black from how dirty the floor was.
I read some reviews about it being loud because of the bar downstairs but we didn't hear anything. What I can say is that the walls are paper thin and the...

"The room was clean and had all the basic necessities except hot water. Based on the location, I would remove the word "Luxury" from the description. "

"It smelled like mold, my friend & and I instantly had runny/stuffy noses and I was very congested. When we went out our symptoms went away but coming back it appears again. Gave it one night hoping our symptoms would go away but it didn’t so we requested a refund and were going to find different accommodations but of course it was rejected. Then housekeeping threw away my medical retainers that I put in a paper cup on the desk to clean them. Curtains and bed sheets had stains. We put the temp at 80 degrees and it was still really cold at night. Blankets were thin with only a sheet. Requested more blankets and we only got one. Housekeeping came to give us more towels but it was visible we had zero toilet paper & they didn’t even give us any toilet paper, we had to go ask."
"The property is in a secured area which was great, but the resort needs some work and updating. When I walked into my room, I was disappointed with the rug having scratch markings and that I felt the need to have to disinfect the whole room. The dresser would not close properly. The toilet made a noise every time I flushed it unless I jiggled the handle. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee provided. The had to two rooms and the other room had the same look and the handle in the bathtub broke but was fixed same day. I saw a bug in the room which I was not happy about. I did not like looking at a trash bins in the hallway every time I came out of the room which added to the place not looking and feeling clean. The lobby looked clean and very different than the rooms. Overall, the room needed updating and proper cleaning, but the pool area was nice and there was beach access which was good. The staff was nice and there were a casino and restaurants within walking distance but only open at certain hours. I only stayed for two nights and would probably not stay there again. I was expecting the resort to be maintained better. The resort shares property space with Embassy Suites therefore you can use their amenities which was good."
"Breakfast was good rooms and everything else just ok nothing was bad , parking attendants never look at you it’s as if we did not exist that’s a bad first impression of a Hotel when you get out of an uber to check in , to busy on their phones to look up and acknowledge us!"
"I had many issues with this resort. They did attend to all my issues. With that said I will never stay here again. I still can’t believe some of the things I witnessed. But they did try and make things right. The staff at the swim up bar were great. Also most of the staff throughout the resort were nice. Every floor they put me on the ice machines were broken. I had to literally go to another floor just for ice. One time a staff seen me at the ice machine and offered to go get me some ice and bring it to my room because that one was broken like the rest. This place needs a lot of upgrading and to be exterminated!!!!!!!! I won’t even post the pictures I took because I don’t want to freak anyone out. Just be mindful of this place. You have been warned!!!!"
