"The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person. "A budget stay in Brindisi in the pick seaso n. Staff are friendly. Room are decent size. Recommended to have a car as all attraction are reachable by the car. A certainly recommend it. "

"We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Opposite the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the central/port area. Staff were great and let us check in early. Very friendly and had excellent English. Room was clean and comfy but the bathroom a little dated. The air conditioning was quite noisy. Breakfast included a nice selection of sweet and savoury goods."
