Play a game of football with the children before firing up the barbecue in the evening and rounding off the day with a glass of wine.



Take a short walk to the sea, marvel at the striking cliffs and relax on the wide sandy beach while swimming or taking a stroll. Explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike, for example along the coastal path towards Tisvildeleje, a lively seaside resort with small shops, cafés and access to the large Tisvilde Hegn nature reserve. You can also take a trip to the troll forest Troldeskoven. It is known for its bizarrely shaped pine trees twisted by the wind, which give the landscape an enchanted appearance.
