Nestled in the tranquil rural landscape between Conil de la Frontera and Vejer de la Frontera, the holiday cottage “Casas Rurales El Mirador A” sits on a plot of land in Patria shared with a 2 other homes and boasts spectacular views over the rolling mountains and the entire coastline with its historic villages. The rustic holiday home consists of a living room with a cosy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of which have 2 single beds each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans (in all bedrooms and in the living room), a washing machine, a TV and a baby cot. In your private outdoor area you will find a furnished patio with magnificent views over mountains, a garden and a barbecue for your exclusive use. There is furthermore a large pool, open from April 1st to October 31st, which is shared with 2 other vacation rentals. Here you can sunbathe on the sun loungers and admire the views at sunset over the surrounding villages, rolling landscape and glittering ocean in the distance. In the village of La Muela, within a 4-minute drive of the property (3 km), you can find several bars, popular restaurants and grocery stores. Due to the central position along Costa de la Luz, you can reach several romantic villages and beautiful beaches after just a short drive including Conil de la Frontera and Vejer de la Frontera (about 8 km or a 10-minute drive away) as well as Playa del Palmar (9 km or a 10-minute drive away).
4 parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please note that the homeowner lives in a neighboring home, but does not use the communal outdoor spaces. Upon request and for an additional price, a babysitter can be organized. Muy bien
Pros: En primer lugar la amabilidad del propierario, la limpieza de la casa, y las vistas
Cons: Se nos fue la luz dos veces, si es un poblema puntual no hay nada que objetar, pero si es un problema habitual eso hay que mejorarlo, de todas maneras el propietario estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento
