the offer from the internet contradicts what in reality. beautiful surroundings, but terrible conditions. we slept in old rooms, dirty carpet, building like a barrack, was hot from the sun and no air conditioning. the offer includes many sports attractions, but the equipment is devastated, moldy, broken. shame propose to guests. I don't recommend either.

Great hotel and grounds
Really nice hotel. Amazing grounds! Staff really nice and friendly. Kids loved playing in the grounds with all the sports toys available. Had a lovely walk down by the river. Breakfast really good. Good location for Legoland. We would definitely stay here again.
