Excellent location, very close to the Fortress. Take time to enjoy the spa, which includes a steambath, jacuzzi, and sauna. The dinner was delicious, with live music as well. Most important, the staff were great and very helpful !

Bey House is a small boutique hotel with four rooms only. Rooms combine lavish historical decor with all modern amenities. Restaurant offers excellent meals in richly decorated dining room. All combined with impeccable service. Special thanks to Anna for professionalism and being a great ambassador to Veliko Tarnovo. If not staying in Bey House, dinner in their restaurant is highly recommended.

We loved the ambience of the hotel. Everywhere you looked were bits of history from photographs and paintings to the antique furniture. The room was comfortable with all the amenities you could need and the staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. It was a FABULOUS find!

We usually do not like boutique hotels, but we loved this one. Everything was nice specially the staff: Georgie, Simona, Viselina did everything to make us happy. The food is really nice although it took a lot of time to bring each course, but since the ambience of the terrace is so nice we didn't care. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

This is a very special place. We have stayed in very good hotels all around the world but this one is among the best. It is lovingly decorated and was very well restored. Each room is named for a member of the ex tsar family, and has its own decoration. It is luxury at its best, very elegant.the staff is extremely courteous and the food is incredible,the best in Bulgaria. Dinner is included in the price of the room. in

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with an especially cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Anna at the reception desk, who handled every question and request with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. The dinner was absolutely outstanding — truly Michelin-level cuisine, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Breakfast was also excellent, rich, fresh, and offering a wide variety of high-quality options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great hospitality, and exceptional food.

좋은 위치에 잘 가꾸어진 호텔

벨리코 타르노보의 유일한 5성급 호텔로 부티크 호텔임. 차르베츠 성채에서 가까운 편이고, 성모 탄생 대성당 바로 앞에 위치. 반대쪽 여행 스팟인 아센기념비와 보리스 데네브 미술관도 도보 이동 가능. 직원들 친절하고 웰컴드링크도 제공. 잘 가꾸어진 호텔이고 객실 인테리어에 많은 신경을 쓴 호텔이며, 환경과 조화된 시설의 부티크 호텔이지만 여러 하이테크를 객실에 도입하려 애쓰긴 하였으나, 우리가 머문 객실은 다소 많이 좁아서 불편하였음. 환경정책상 이유인지 칫솔/치약/면도기는 구비안됨, 슬리퍼/빗/비데는 구비. 화장실 샤워기 수압 좋고, 수건과 침구 등 만족스러웠음. 이 호텔은 조식 뿐만 아니라 저녁식사도 제공하는 하프보드임(추가 주문하는 음료나 주류만 별도 결제). 식사는 리셉션 아래층의 잘 꾸며진 이쁜 레스토랑에서 하게 됨. 조식은 체크인시 메뉴 미리 결정하고, 저녁식사는 3코스로 제공. 다만 조식이든 저녁이든 깔끔하게 정성껏 제공되었으나, 맛이 느끼하고 별로였음. 특히 스테이크는 실망스러웠고, 생선도 아쉬웠음. 특히 저녁식사는 서빙이 너무 느렸고, 양도 너무 많음. 전반적으로 벨리코 타르노보 최고의 호텔이고 분위기 좋은 호텔로 추천할만한 호텔임. 음식만 좀 개선하면 좋을 듯.
