"Nice house in quiet mountain village. Close to Sotres and Cares which can be reached by car, local bus, or walking. Host was helpful in providing local information. There is no Wi-Fi in the house, but we were able to join our hosts network, sitting on the bench outside their house a short walk away."

"Nice proprierty with large rooms and all the modern confort needed for vacations. The garden is quiet and perfect to lye in the sun when it shows or eat outside. And the surroundings are absolutly great for those who like low mountain trekking. Paysages are breathtaking. And a brunch of Splendid beaches of Cantabria are only one hour away. The only minus is thé lack of noise isolation between floors, pbably due to thé fact it s an old house renewed. In total we had a very nice stay !"

"An ideal small cottage to use as a base - well equipped kitchen, an outdoor eating area, great shower (over bath) and comfortable beds. Be aware the road leading to the cottage is quite narrow - we were in a Peugeot 308 wagon and successfully navigated the road, but a wider car may find it quite tight. The stairs from the ground floor to the bedrooms and bathrooms would be a challenge for anyone with knee or hip issues."

"The house was spotless clean and it's in a very good location. It has a private parking that was very useful. The heating works very well (the electric, the fireplace and pellets system). Kitchen and living room besides the rooms. We could cook and eat in the house. It was a very good experience."

"La comunicación con el dueño ha sido muy buena, atento y predispuesto a cambios, dudas y asesoramiento. En ese aspecto, un 10. La casa es muy bonita, aunque el tema limpieza estaba un poco más dejado de lo que me hubiese gustado (aunque nada que fuese exagerado) Lo peor… las camas, mi marido y yo acabamos con dolor en caderas y no pudimos descansar (de hecho, me tocó ir al físico) El entorno de la casa, muy bonito y cercano a zonas urbanizadas y la gente del lugar es agradable. No voy a bajar...

"Goyo is a fabulous host and the house is absolutely beautiful. It is really well equipped and feels like a home instead of a holiday rental. The terrace is fabulous and the BBQ and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area is stunning too. Shopping can be done in Cervera or Guardo. The former smaller and prettier. Could not recommend this place any higher/ 10/10!"
