The toilet fan not working. Seemed like a place that would be ok in the summer but in the winter needs to be better appointed. Checkin most disappointing. It was -13 and pitch dark outside and the receptionists were unsure how to direct us to our apartment in the large estate. All they could say was to look for a brown...
