Quiet, detached house 600 meters from the village.
This cottage is located in the Moselle Valley, offering opportunities for walks and fishing. Nancy, its Place Stanislas, and the Château des Lumières in Lunéville are 30 minutes away.
A multi-sports field and a city stadium are located in the village.
A restaurant is 5 km away, and shops are 10 km away. A dedicated 16A charging point is available on-site for charging your electric vehicle. The house is detached.

Entrance is via a veranda.

The main room features an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and sofa.

There are two bedrooms (four single beds, including two twin beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Heating is provided by a heat pump, and utilities are included.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival.
The property is enclosed with a gate and offers private parking. A terrace with garden furniture and a parasol is located in front of the house.
Access is via a 600-meter driveway. Your four-legged friend is welcome for €50 per stay (one stay only) if notified in advance.

Gîte Domaine de la Favière is located on the same property.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

You will be welcomed to the gîte by the owner. Please remove the bed linens before your departure.

Grosse Enttäuschung

Anfangs nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns der Vermieter am Schluss abgezockt, indem er uns die Schuld an einem vom Wind beschädigten Sonnenschirm gab und die Kaution nicht zurückgeben wollte. Das Haus war ansonsten ok, Sauberkeit ist Ansichtssache, Ich weiss nicht, wie viele Spinnen und Spinnennetze wir eingesaugt haben. Auch war die versprochene Rutschbahn beim Swimming Pool defekt und konnte nicht benutzt werden, erst am Freitag, am Tag vor unserer Abreise wurde sie ersetzt. Unsere Kinder waren natürlich enttäuscht. Schade, die Gegend ist eigentlich sehr schön.

Lage anders als beschrieben

Der freundliche Besitzer wohnt direkt an der Rückseite des Hauses. Er spricht nur französisch. Die Übergabe war deshalb schwierig. Die in der Beschreibung angegebenen Sprachen gelten wohl für die Agentur und sind irreführend. Auf der anderen Seite des Gartens befindet sich der Gemüsegarten des Vermieters sowie der Pool, der vom Vermieter, seiner Familie und den Gästen des anderen Ferienhauses genutzt wird. Mit einem Hund, der "seinen" Garten bewacht, ist es nicht entspannend. Aufgrund der Bilder und der Beschreibung haben wir uns die Lage anders vorgestellt.
