The bed sheets and pillow cases were not clean The bathroom shower area was dirty Breakfast could have been better with more continental choices. I had asked for a special impetus but they said they won’t be making eggs as they had scrambled eggs - which was very cold!

The hotel rooms are good and clean but staff are not appropriately trained. The restaurant service is below average and unprofessional.

Certainly one of the better hotels around Vellore. Good rooms, good staff, but food is over priced. Otherwise my stay was pleasant.

Very poor service
Experience was not good. My room's TV was not functional and after complaining 5 times to reception, it was not resolved. No care of customers. Food average.
